Heath Falzarano

President

Heath Falzarano –President/Owner. Heath received his B.A. in Physical Education at the State University of New York At Cortland, 22 Graham Ave, Cortland, NY 13045 from 1993-1997. He also earned 30 postgraduate Master of Education credits in Special Education from University of Mansfield at 31 S Academy St, Mansfield, PA from 1998-1999. In addition to his role as President of Vend Tech International, Inc. from 2018 to present, Heath’s business experience includes owning and operating a vending business from 2016 to present, owning and operating a Lead Generation call center from 2012 to present and managing a B2B call center. Heath was elected to the Vend Tech International, Inc. Board of Directors in March 2022.

Lyndsey Wolfsmith

Executive Vice President

Lyndsey Wolfsmith – Executive Vice President. Lyndsey graduated from the University of Salford (in the United Kingdom) with a BSc in IT in 1995. She was a franchise and business opportunity broker from 2008 until 2012 working with hundreds of franchises and business opportunity concepts including Vend Tech International, Inc.’s division, Naturals2Go. Lyndsey has been employed as a Sales Consultant with Vend Tech International, Inc. since 2012. In March 2022 Lyndsey was promoted to and elected as the Executive Vice President and to Board of Directors in September 2022. Lyndsey is also a member of the executive team.

Michael Hume – Chief Marketing Officer, Training and Development. In 1991, Michael received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Marketing and in 1992 he received his Masters of Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, CA. Michael has been employed as a Sales Consultant with Vend Tech International, Inc. since February 2011. In March 2022 Michael was promoted to and elected as the Chief Marketing Officer overseeing sales and training and development. He was elected to the Board of Directors in March 2022 and is a member of the executive team.

Nick Campanile

Chief Financial Officer

Nick Campanile – Chief Financial Officer. Nick holds a BS in Economics from Siena College 2004, MBA from the University of Buckingham 2008; is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP); he is also licensed by FINRA for SIE, Series 63 and Series 79 Licenses. Nick started his career in New York City in Private Equity at Evercore Capital Partners, where he participated in M&A transactions and post-deal integrations on deals ranging from $3M to $1.3B. In Corporate Finance roles, Nick has held leadership positions in Strategic Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury and M&A for publicly-traded manufacturing companies. He spent time at Maxar Technologies from 2009 (geospatial satellite manufacturer), Crocs, Inc from 2013 (footwear manufacturer) and Columbus McKinnon from 2018 (crane/ conveyor equipment and systems manufacturer). Nick has joined Vend Tech International, Inc. after serving 2023-2024 as a CFO for Alkegen, a $750M Revenue Specialty Fiber Manufacturer. N ick was elected to the Vend Tech International, Inc. Board of Directors in October 2024 and is a member of the executive team.

Paul Ihn

Paul Ihn

Vice President Product Strategy & Operations

Paul Ihn – VP of Product Strategy and Operations. Paul’s education includes a BA in Biological Aspects (Pre-Med) from the University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin, a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Marquee University and an MOT at the Carlson School of Business Management. Paul was employed as a VP of Engineering and Operations at Chicago Metallic from June 2009 to November 2012. From November 2012 to April 2022, Paul worked at the Wittern Group as a VP of Engineering and Operations and in April 2022, Paul became employed by Vend Tech International Inc. in his current role. Paul is also a member of the executive team.

Robert Dean

Robert Dean

Vice President Strategies & Global Initiatives

Robert E. Dean – VP Strategic and Global Initiatives. Robert received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from Grove City College in Grove City PA, in 1983. Robert began his career as an Insurance Agency Owner for Nationwide Insurance in 1983. In 1986, he was promoted to Western Pennsylvania Agencies Manager where he served until 1998. In 1998, Robert was named Chief Executive Officer of Moraine Management, Inc., a large Regional Insurance and Financial Services Conglomerate in the Northeastern United States. In 2002, he became Vice President of the Hartford Insurance and Financial Group with executive responsibilities for the Northeastern United States. In 2013 Robert founded Dean Natural Vending, LLC in Hermitage, PA, which has grown into the leading regional provider of premium vending, micromarkets, office coffee services, and unattended retail technologies. Mr. Dean was elected to the Vend Tech International, Inc. Board of Directors in September 2022 and served until January 2025. He joined the Vend Tech International Inc. team as VP Strategic and Global Initiatives in March 2024. Robert is also a member of the executive team.

Natali Pupovac-Peters

Natali Pupovac-Peters

Account Management

Natali Pupovac-Peters – Head of Global Operations. Natali received her BA in Business Communications from Brock University in 2008. She earned her post-graduate certificate in Human Resources from Lambton College in 2010. Natali spent most of her corporate career in Training & Development roles with Oxford Learning Centres from 2010 to 2013 and Canada Life from 2013 to2017. In 2017, Natali became a Franchise Broker, representing hundreds of franchise and business opportunity brands, with a focus on those that were interested in expanding across Canada. In 2022, she also became a licensee of CPG Recruitment Inc. Natali joined the Vend Tech International, Inc.’s team and was elected as the Head of Global Operations in June 2023 and is a member of the executive team.

Tina Paine

Tina Paine

Vice President Corporate Relations & Compliance in Legal & Admin

Tina Paine – VP of Corporate Relations and Compliance. Tina received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and her MBA from Salem State University, Salem, MA in 1985 and 2002, respectively. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the National Academy of Paralegal Studies in 1990. Early in her career, Tina was employed as a Litigation Paralegal and Domestic Relations, Child Support Enforcement and Probate Paralegal Manager. From 2001 through 2018 Tina worked as a Managing Director at the Bank of New York Mellon servicing mutual fund clients with their federal (1940 Act) and state regulatory compliance obligations. Tina has owned and operated a healthy vending company from November 2013 to October 2024. From 2018 through 2024, Tina was a consultant to Vend Tech International Inc. in various compacities, such as coaching, and reference coordination and since 2021, regulatory compliance. Tina was elected to the Vend Tech International, Inc. Board of Directors in March 2022 and as Chair in May 2022 and served as Chair until January 2025, at which time she joined Vend Tech International, Inc. full time as VP of Corporate Relations and Compliance. Tina is also a member of the executive team.

Lewis Zimbler

SVP Payments and Technology, VendTech Technology

Lewis Zimbler, founding executive at Nayax UK, has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Payments and Technology, and will lead a bold expansion for the VendTech Technology brand.

Zimbler brings over 20 years of global leadership in unattended payments, systems, and business leadership. During his tenure at Nayax, he ran Nayax UK and Ireland as well as helped scale the company into one of the most recognized cashless payment platforms globally.

In his new role, Zimbler will lead technology development across VendTech’s growing ecosystem of unattended retail solutions – including VendXONE, smart technologies, remote monitoring tools, payment processing systems, and micro market innovations.
